Join our SPECIALISED TRAUMA PROGRAMME far from the stressors of home
At our Trauma Treatment Centre in Thailand, we believe that at the core of all mental health conditions, including substance and behavioural addiction, lies emotional trauma from negative experiences at some point in your life. That is why we utilise a trauma-informed, person-centred treatment approach that addresses both presenting symptoms and underlying issues.
Our minimum 8-week Trauma Programme combines individual therapy, group work, and somatic techniques:
Individual Therapy:
One-on-one Psychotherapy: These sessions offer a private, confidential space to explore deeply personal traumas, such as sexual abuse, that may be too sensitive to address in a group setting.
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR): Reduce emotional distress associated with trauma and enhance coping mechanisms.
Exposure Therapy: Gradually confront traumatic memories in a safe environment to reduce fear and avoidance behaviours.
Group Work:
Narrative Therapy: Reshape your personal recovery story through guided sessions.
Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT): Learn techniques to reframe and manage traumatic memories.
Psychoeducation Groups: Gain insights and strategies for managing trauma effectively.
Somatic Work:
Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE): Release stress and restore a sense of calm through body-based techniques.
Polyvagal Therapy: Reduce anxiety and improve emotional stability with breathing and social engagement exercises.
Wellness Programme: Boost overall well-being with yoga and meditation, proven to reduce stress and improve mental clarity.
We understand the courage it takes to confront trauma. Our team of Western psychotherapists have improved the quality of life for over 1000 people from around the world.

Why Inpatient Treatment for Trauma Is More Effective Than Outpatient Therapy
Our trauma and PTSD residential treatment offers a safer environment and more comprehensive benefits for better outcomes compared to outpatient care. Let’s take a closer look at the advantages:
Residential Trauma Treatment vs Outpatient Trauma Therapy
Residential Treatment
Distances you from your daily stressors and triggers so that you can focus on treatment.
All facets of treatment are accessible in one place.
Group therapy benefits: Mental health issues are worsened due to self-isolation and impaired ability to communicate. Studies show that group therapy is the best remedy.
Outpatient Treatment
Stressors present while you balance treatment with daily responsibilities.
Progress is drastically slower when just participating in individual therapy on a weekly/fortnightly basis. It also requires courage and discipline to not postpone appointments.
If requiring medication, or other types of treatment, you will have to visit different providers.
Only individual therapy sessions are offered, with a limited scope of treatment.
We Also Offer(additional cost)
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS): TMS is a highly effective treatment for reducing depression symptoms, especially in those who are depression-medication resistant. It works by targeting specific areas of the brain using gentle magnetic pulses. Noticeable results can be achieved in just 10 sessions (30 min/session).
